I had severe BPH with super high PSA for 15 years. 3 months after a PAE procedure I had total blockage and had to use catheters. My urologist referred me to Dr DiBlasio for a HoLEP procedure. Dr DiBlasio professionalism, great bed manner and extensive experience was obvious and comforting.The HoLEP was a life changing procedure. Short recovery time, very little discomfort and back to greater then i can recall, with all functions preserved !!.Thank you so much to give me back a normal life.

Our membership plans allow you to select which plan is best for your immediate needs, with the ability to extend as desired. We offer 1 month, 4 month and annual plans allowing you to tailor to your specific needs!

About Dr. DiBlasio //

Dr. Christopher DiBlasio, M.D. is board-certified in urology/urologic surgery located in Fort Myers, Florida.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Dr. DiBlasio strives to provide compassionate and contemporary urologic care to the Southwest Florida community and west coast of Florida.

He is dual licensed in New York and Florida, and offers telemedicine consultations to patients residing out of the area.

He specializes in minimally-invasive surgery, prostate laser surgery including HOLEP and prostate cryoablation and TULSA-PRO. He has extensive experience in female prolapse and incontinence repair, stone surgery, urologic cancer treatment, cosmetics and reconstruction, trauma, and Urolift.

He has employed the use of transperineal MRI fusion prostate biopsy for over 10 years and adapted the use of fusion platforms for focused and personalized treatment of prostate cancers using prostate cryoablation.

His extensive history of leadership positions have included serving as Chairman of Urology at Northwell health system, Huntington Hospital. He went on to become the Associate Medical Director of the Mount Sinai Doctors of Long Island consortium of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and then at ProHealth/Optum in July 2019.

Dr. DiBlasio has served as a board member for the COLD registry, a panel of thought-leaders in the field of cryosurgery. He has served on numerous committees, advisory boards, and Boards of Directors.

"Dr. Chris" completed his internship (general surgery/trauma) and residency training in urology at the University of Tennessee, as well as a research fellowship in urologic oncology at New York's renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. DiBlasio serves as the only center of excellence for holmium-laser based prostate surgery (HOLAP/HOLEP: holmium laser ablation/enucleation of the prostate) in Florida. He serves as a proctor and preceptor for HOLAP/HOLEP, as well as for prostate and kidney cryosurgery.

Dr DiBlasio relocated to southwest Florida to assume a clinical and leadership role For Genesis Care. in 2024, he was recruited to Precision Healthcare Specialists, where he has assumed the role of Medical Director of Urology for Lee and Charlotte Counties.
